You will need to have the home completely vacant and all required services completed prior to 5pm on the day your lease ends. Schedule as early as possible to avoid delays and have the best chance of getting your preferred time(s).
The lease requires the use of vendors approved by the landlord. See the approved vendors list.
House and Carpet Cleaning
- This company will be assigned by the property manager.
- Be sure to order a Move Out cleaning.
- If you have pets and carpets, the pet addendum requires that you get deflea, detick, deodorize along with your carpet cleaning.
Gutter Cleaning
- Have gutters cleaned by a professional company acceptable to the landlord (see list) and provide copies of all paid receipts.
Chimney Cleaning
- Have chimney cleaned by a professional company acceptable to the landlord (see list) and provide copies of all paid receipts.
Landscaping
- Ensure grass is cut and landscaped areas are mulched.
